      As humans, we tend to think that our behavior and actions are the universally accepted rule of behavior. When someone differs from our way of thinking, we often have a negative view of them.

      It is important to keep in mind that we are like everybody else, like nobody else, and more like some people than others. In fact, 75% of people differ from our personality.

      If we don't understand what makes these 75% different, it can lead to misunderstandings or even problems. That's why being able to understand and communicate with different personality types is key to successful communication both in and outside of the workplace.
